The INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF), throws application open to outstanding women professionals for her MBA Programme.
INSEAD is one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools. With campuses in Europe (France), Asia (Singapore) and Abu Dhabi. INSEAD participates in academic partnerships with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia & San Francisco); the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University near Chicago, and Johns Hopkins University/SAIS in Washington DC. In Asia, INSEAD partners with Tsinghua University in Beijing and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
INSEAD calls on bright, dynamic and motivated women who are making significant achievements to enroll for the 2017/ 2018 session.
The INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF), created in 1977, raises funds from alumni of the world class INSEAD Business School for INSEAD’s development. A significant portion is allocated to scholarships that will underwrite the breadth of diversity of INSEAD participants: country of origin, background, gender, etc.
Eligibility
Merit scholarships will be awarded to recognize these outstanding women. Their financial situation may also be taken into consideration.

INSEAD Business School — in Europe (France), Asia (Singapore) and United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi).
Fields of study
Masters level course programs in Business Administration (i.e. MBA)
Number of awards
Every year, some 10 to 15 awards are made per class
Sponsorship duration
Award covers the whole period of the program study
Scholarship benefits
The value of the scholarship award is up to € 15,000 (in the past, awards ranged between € 5,000 to € 15,000)
Method of Application
To be considered for these scholarships please submit your application on line before the specified deadlines. See deadline dates below. Candidates will also be considered for the INSEAD Judith Connelly Delouvrier Scholarships.
You will also be required to submit an essay. The Essay topic:
- In approximately 350 words please answer the following questions: Women are still not equally represented in the business world. What can be done about this? What have you contributed to date to address this issue, and what do you expect to contribute in the future?
- In approximately 150-200 words explain why a women’s scholarship at INSEAD would be important to you and outline any factors that you feel would distinguish you from other candidates.
- What amount of award do you consider appropriate? Discuss. (approximately 150 words)

DEADLINES:
For the July 2019 class, application submissions for Round 1 OPENS 23rd October 2017 and CLOSES 6th November 2017; while Round 2 applications OPEN 15 January 2018 and CLOSES 29 January 2018.
For the December 18 Class, application submissions for Round 1 OPENS 24th April 2017 and CLOSES 8th May 2017; while Round 2 applications OPEN 5th June 2017 and CLOSES 19th June 2017.
