For the 1st year of bachelor, with a Belgian high school diploma, please refer to ULB website. In this case, registration opens in the end of June for EU students.
For the 1st year of bachelor, without a Belgian high school diploma
If you would like to the register for the Bachelor’s degree and you do not have a Belgian high school diploma, you need to get an ‘equivalence’ delivered by the
“Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles”. You will probably have to pass the French language proficiency test. Please find more information about proficiency in French.
Beyond the first year of the bachelor, with or without a Belgian high school diploma
If you want to apply beyond the first year of the bachelor, you need to have passed at least 45 credits. Please find admission requirements by programme. In this case, you have to complete an admission file. Admission will be based on this file. The file will be examined by the Admissions committee whether or not to admit you, and if necessary, decide on any conditions you may need to fulfil, in order to be accepted.
The commission will decide whether your qualifications are sufficient for you to cope with the course. There are 3 possibilities: admission, admission subject to you following extra courses or refusal. It is impossible to receive a preliminary opinion. The only option is to complete the application file and receive an official answer.
