RMIT University, Australia is offering merit academic scholarships to New Zealand, Australia and International students. The scholarships are for programs in Civil, Environment and Chemical Engineering
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship program was set up to provide financial assistance to students in their first year of study. The scholarships are for students interested in studying for a bachelor’s degree full time for an engineering degree in the School of Civil, Environment and Chemical Engineering.
There are five scholarships available and will be given as follows:
A scholarship will be awarded to an international student
A scholarship will be given to a female applicant
The remaining three scholarships will be for all applicants
The scholarship offers $5000 for a year to successful applicants.
FIELD OF STUDY
Scholarships are awarded in one of the following fields of civil, environmental or chemical engineering: Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (Honours) and Food Technology and Nutrition/ Chemical Engineering (Honours), Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering (Honours), Chemical Engineering (Honours), Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Business (Management), Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Biotechnology, Civil and Infrastructure (Honours), Civil and Infrastructure (Honours)/Business (Management) and Environmental Engineering (Honours).
Should be a citizen of New Zealand, Australia, a permanent resident in Australia, an international student or a holder of a humanitarian visa
Should have obtained great results with an ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) or its equivalent
International students who do not have an ATAR result, should provide their results stating, explaining and showing subjects taken and results obtained. This should be on an official paper from the institution concerned.
All documents tendered should be in English, if this is not done, translation should be provided
