How to apply for admission

Some undergraduate courses require Supplementary applications. McMaster University admission for international students is open for the fall semester.

McMaster University Test Score Requirements
International applicants from a country where English is not the principal language must provide a score on the following tests to show English language proficiency when applying to study in Canada. The minimum score to be considered for admission varies depending on the level of the program selected.

Total 6.5 with each component at least 6.0
CAE Total 190 with a minimum score of 180 in each category
Total 60 (writing and speaking 60)
CAEL Total 70 with at least 60 in each episode
TOEFL IBT86 with a minimum score of 20 in each category
Test the minimum score for the graduate program Minimum score for the MBA program
CBT: 237 IBT: 100
Each component is 5.5 or higher with an IELTS total of 6.5
GMAT 600 is not required
GRE equivalent to GMAT 300 or higher
