For those who can not afford the tuition fees in countries like Australia, US and UK, there are other alternatives in Europe that can offer good quality education with low tuition fees for international students.
This article will take a look of some of these countries including their Universities, tuition fees and cost of living.
RUSSIA
Russia is located between North Eastern Europe and North Eastern Asia. There are about 230 universities in Russia.
COST OF LIVING IN RUSSIA
Cost of living is not too expensive; to cover the expenses of food, accommodation and more an estimated amount of about $400 will be okay.
COST OF STUDY IN RUSSIA
Cost of study is not that expensive and depends on the course to be studied. Programs such as medicine cost about $6000 per year while other programs cost about $1500-$3500 per year.
GEORGIA
Georgia is a good place to study especially for those interested in working while studying.

The fees are not so expensive and are affordable. Undergraduates pay about $2000-$4000 while postgraduates will pay about $4000.
POLAND
Poland is renowned for its good quality education as shown by the number of polish workers all over the world who are seen as well educated, articulated and capable in their abilities.

Universities do not charge high fees for most programs. Tuition fees usually ranges from 2000 Euros to 4000 Euros per year for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in English language.
COST OF LIVING IN POLAND
With about 350 to 400 Euros, an individual can take care of living expenses such as feeding, accommodation, transport etc for one month
Also student who are EU/EEA countries are allowed to work on a full time basis without needing permission. Citizens from Belarus, Russia or Ukraine are allowed to work for about three months and do not exceed the duration of six months. All other nationals may work without permission in July, August and September.
FRANCE
France offers degrees that are recognized world wide and is a friendly environment to study in.
COST OF STUDY IN FRANCE
Tuition fees are affordable, with about $300-$1000 okay for courses in public universities.
COST OF LIVING IN FRANCE
Students can earn a living as they are allowed to work on a part time basis while studying.
BELGIUM
Apart from its quality education, Belgium has a good health care system. Learning is made more enjoyable with the serene environment and rich culture.
COST OF LIVING IN BELGIUM
Cost of living is a bit more expensive when compared to other European countries. About 800 Euros will be needed to take care of expenses like accommodation, feeding e.t.c.

Tuition fees in Belgian Universities ranges from 3000 to 5000 Euros per year.
