This is a program that is working in Cambodia. The program emphasizes on the quality of education being offered in Cambodia. The program performs this role by trying to improve the teaching practice and the professional knowledge of teachers who teach in primary schools in the rural areas. Teach the Teacher is behind the ‘See Beyond Borders’ that is working with an approximate of over 100 Cambodian teachers in every district. This means that the teachers are taught well in the training of the Teach the Teacher program for three years and attend a series of workshops. This gives them an opportunity to be part of the program that imparts them with skills, knowledge, mentorship and professional development opportunity. Also, the program ensures that the curriculum is sustainable and practical.

This program comprises over 300 low-cost private schools in Kenya. The program supports over 100,000 students. The program uses a financial structure that is unique which requires every household of each student to pay as much as they can afford. The remaining tuition fee is funded by the school. This has given an opportunity to the working class to get their children enrolled at a young age throughout the secondary grade levels. The school believes that students should not only benefit from a curriculum that is more of a state-mandated but also from a curriculum that is participatory in nature in terms of learning various subjects that enrich students the most.
The Young Heroes Program
The curriculum was developed because of the rising inactivity trend in young children in South Africa. The program has come up with a new implementation, more especially in physical education and gives opportunities for schools to participate in sports. The program aims at bringing positive contributions to the society in specific areas such as physical education and sports. The program has four areas which include; physical education, sports, extramural physical and sports leagues. The program selects teachers from five schools from an area and gives them training workshops in Red Cap Centre of Excellence that provides them with skills that are practical. The participating schools are also issued with resources and equipment that aid in delivering these activities. From the statistics, it is believed that more than 225, 000 learners and 165 schools have developed a strong passion for regular exercises leading a healthy living style. This has helped to nurture and identify sporting talents.
