Human Life Advancement Foundation is offering science and technology scholarships meant for local and international students at well known Universities worldwide.
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarships are meant for studying PhD programs as well as postdoctoral research. The aim of the foundation is to create links of organizations and persons that can contribute to societal needs and develop worldwide capable persons.
Also the foundation hopes to support the needs of society to create new ideas and changes through interactions with companies, academic institutions as well as the public sector.
The duration for the scholarship is four years for PhD students and one year for post graduate. Initially the scholarship will be for one year, where it will now depend on the good performance of the student which will be accepted by the supervisor. The scholarship will be renewed by each semester subject to the foundation’s decision.
The scholarship covers
About $15000 to PhD students annually
About $35000 to postdoctoral researchers
FIELD OF STUDY
The scholarships are available for studying PhD programs as well as postdoctoral research.
ELIGIBILITY
Not more than 30 years old for PhD students
Not more than 35 years for postdoctoral researchers
Be of sound health certified by a professional medical doctor
Show fluency in English language, should have a test score of 550 in TOEFL, 6.0 in IELTS or other tests accepted by the University
Good bachelor’s degree (second class upper)
Good master’s degree which should be in the same area of course to be studied for PhD
Good publication record
Academic references
