ALU is a world-class university located in Mauritius, Southern Africa (www.alueducation.com) that is building a network of 25 world-class universities across the continent to develop Africa’s future leaders.
The purpose of this blog post is to invite students, principals and parents to participate in helping ALU team further build a world class institution in Lagos. ALU will be hosting focus groups in 5 African cities in May 2015 to learn more about what students and their families are looking for in a university.
This is a great opportunity for parents and students to have an open discussion about their hopes, desires and fears when choosing a world class university education for their kids. We are also hope to get valuable feedback on the ALU offering and understanding how it can better connect with someone like you. We are looking for 6-8 people to participate in a single 1.5 – 2 hour session which will be facilitated by an unbiased, outside consultant and a member of the ALU team who are looking for open and honest responses. There will be no attempt to sell you anything and confidentiality will be respected. Each participant will receive $50 as a symbol of our appreciation.
We will be hosting focus groups in Lagos, Nigeria from 20-22 May 2015 (Dates subject to change. Exact date and time will be communicated to confirmed participants).
