The Global Cultural Leadership Program (GCLP) is a program intended to create and fortify the social authority abilities of youthful specialists rising on the worldwide scene. Through its system, substance and philosophy, the GCLP

are nationals/changeless inhabitants of (and are working for associations in) Brazil, Canada, China, Japan, India, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, South Korea or the USA(a most extreme of three members from each of these ten nations will be chosen)
are nationals/changeless inhabitants of (and are working for associations in) the 28 EU
Part States (a most extreme of ten EU members in complete will be chosen, every one from an alternate EU nation).
work for a social common society association (NGO), a social undertaking (social or revenue driven making) or an open social establishment, (for example, historical centers, libraries, or music scenes that work on neighborhood, territorial and national levels),
have applicable working background in the field of 3 to 5 years,
have (a few) past involvement in global systems administration and social trade,
are working in a field or position that permits them to go about as neighborhood/national multipliers of new administration learning and worldwide social systems administration, and
hold a significant (driving) position in their association.
have a decent working learning of English,
are (ideally) 25-39 years old
