How to apply- Undergraduate
Bachelor’s degrees at Lomonosov Moscow State University take four years to complete. The requirements to apply include a high school leaving certificate and academic record (both officially translated into Russian), completed application form, statements of equivalence for certificates granted outside Russia, officially translated into Russian), completed application form, statements of equivalence for certificates granted outside Russia, medical certificate, AIDS test result, valid passport and visa, and six photographs. You’ll also need to pass two entrance exams. The university does not offer any bachelor’s degrees in English. The university’s MSU Institute of Russian Language and Culture offers a preparatory course of the Russian language.
The Tuition fees vary depending on your course – It may cost 325,000 rubles (~US$5,400) per year.
• Cost of one academic hour (45 minute classroom period) for the students registered for Individually Structured
Program (individual tuition) is 850 rubles.
• Cost of one academic hour (45 minute classroom period) for the students registered for group classes is 480
rubles (up to and including the 4th month of study).
• One semester program (from the beginning of September to the end of December and from the beginning of
February to the end of May) cost is 85 000 rubles.
• A foreign student should register no less than 12 hours a week.
Students can choose to stay in the school accommodation.
In MSU dormitory (one single room in
a two – or three room unit). Cost is from 420 to 600 rubles per day.
