2014 TAFE NSW Scholarships for International Students in Australia

About 100 scholarships will be awarded by the TAFE NSW Institutes to international students who demonstrate high academic merit and other achievements. This scholarship will be given out to pursue Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree and Bachelor Degree courses at TAFE NSW Institutes, Australia. The deadline for submission of scholarship application is 9^th May 2014 for studies that will commence by September 2, 2014.

 

About scholarship

TAFE NSW believes in providing affordable education to international students. They have provided over 100 scholarships to genuine applicants who want to fulfill their dream of studying in Australia. Scholarships will be awarded to students who have demonstrated academic merit and other achievements. Each scholarship contributes $2,000 towards the tuition fees for a TAFE NSW Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree or a Bachelor Degree.

 

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria before the apply for this scholarship:

 

• Be an international student.
• Have been offered a place in a TAFE NSW course with a minimum 1.5 years duration.
• Commence studies in TAFE NSW in 2014.
• Attend the relevant TAFE NSW campus as a full-time student
• Not be a family member or relative of a TAFE NSW employee or their agent
• Not be in receipt of another scholarship or award.

 

What the scholarship covers

Each scholarship contributes $2,000 towards the tuition fees for a TAFE NSW Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree or a Bachelor Degree.

 

Fields of study

TAFE NSW offers more than 250 courses across 45 subject areas including Accounting, Business and Management, Children’s Services, Cooking and Hospitality, Information Technology, Marketing and Advertising, Nursing, and Aged Care.
