The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in a joint effort with Nigerian Breweries Plc, wish to concede qualified youthful Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to attempt a concentrated 6 months preparing program on Technical Skills Development in the accompanying ranges:

Mechanical Maintenance

Computerization Maintenance


1. To prepare and furnish young people with employable aptitudes in the professional regions recorded previously

2. To advance a Public – Private Sector Model in Vocational/Technical Skills Training and add to capacity improvement of our nation

Work Requirements


Hopeful must have NABTEB Certificate which they SAT for not sooner than Nov/Dec 2014 with:

• Credit in English Language, Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry

• Credit in Two other TRADE related subjects in any of the accompanying:

Mechanical Engineering Craft Practice

Electrical Installation Works

Electronic Works

Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Work

Creation and Welding


Candidates ought not be more than Twenty-Eight (28) years of age as at the season of utilization

Work Remuneration

Learners will be required to have hands-on preparing in any of Nigerian Breweries Plc areas in Lagos, Aba, Kaduna, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu-tribute and Awo-Omamma. This program does not present Nigerian Breweries worker status on the students.
