ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship is meant for financing incoming mobility of experienced researchers all over the world who have a doctorate or a minimum of four years full time equivalent research experience. The fellowships are set up for developing projects. The researcher should be based outside Sweden when applying and should be ready to spend substantial amount of the project time in Sweden. Gender equality is promoted, areas where males and female researchers are not well represented, consideration is given to make the situation balanced.
The scholarship covers the following
Half of salary costs
Training and conference fees
Provide support such as allowance, school fees to fellows with families
Support PhD students financially
About 100 scholarships are to be awarded for the program.
FIELD OF STURDY
Scholarships are awarded for the fellowships for international research within the mobility for growth program in Sweden.
Should have a doctorate or a minimum of four years full time equivalent research experience
Should be working outside Sweden and have research experience in partnering with public or/and private sector institutions
For researchers with a lot of experience (about 10 years) the requirement of partnership is not compulsory
The researcher should be the head of the research project
Present and past Vinnmer fellows should not apply marie curie incoming fellowships for international researchers in Sweden.
By deadline for submission, the researchers should not have stayed or created, prepared their studies in Sweden for more than a year in the three years leading to the deadline.
